Sumpaz（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザー登録を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報を私たち自身が直接収集することはありません。本アプリでは以下が扱われます。
- 端末内に保存されるデータ：クリア記録・連続記録（ストリーク）・統計・設定。これらはお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、私たちのサーバーには送信されません。
- 広告に関する情報（第三者）：本アプリは Google AdMob を利用して広告を表示します。AdMob は広告配信・不正防止・効果測定のために、デバイス識別子（広告ID等）、IPアドレス、広告の表示・操作履歴、おおよその情報などを収集する場合があります。
- 購入情報：「フルアンロック」の購入は Apple の App Store（StoreKit）を通じて処理されます。購入の検証情報は Apple を通じて扱われ、私たちがクレジットカード情報を取得することはありません。

- EEA（欧州経済領域）等の対象地域では、初回起動時に同意フォーム（Google UMP）を表示します。
- iOS では、トラッキングの許可（App Tracking Transparency）を求める場合があります。許可しない場合、広告は非パーソナライズ広告となりますが、本アプリは引き続きご利用いただけます。
- フルアンロックを購入すると広告は表示されません。

1. Information We Collect
Sumpaz ("the App") does not require an account, and we do not directly collect personal information such as your name or email address. The App involves the following:
- On-device data: puzzle completion records, streaks, statistics, and settings. These are stored only on your device and are not sent to our servers.
- Advertising data (third party): The App shows ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as advertising ID), IP address, ad impression/interaction data, and approximate information for ad delivery, fraud prevention, and measurement.
- Purchase data: The "Full Unlock" purchase is processed through Apple's App Store (StoreKit). We never receive your credit card details.
2. Ads and Consent
- In regions such as the EEA, a consent form (Google UMP) is shown on first launch.
- On iOS, the App may request tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, ads become non-personalized, and the App remains fully usable.
- Purchasing Full Unlock removes all ads.

The App is not a "child-directed" app aimed at a specific younger audience, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

On-device data can be erased via "Reset Progress" in the App or by deleting the App. Advertising and purchase data are handled per the respective third parties' policies.
